When a large wholesale corporation decided to acquire additional company property, they engaged BET&R to perform a due diligence survey of the prospective building's exterior envelope, in order to gain an in-depth knowledge of the condition of the exterior envelope systems prior to potential purchase of the property. BET&R performed a visual survey of the roof, brick veneer wall cladding, and windows of the building, and prepared a survey report that documented our findings and provided projections for the remaining service life of the existing building envelope systems. The due diligence survey report provided the Client with the information they needed to make an informed decision when considering the real estate purchase.
