The Springbrook Business Park is an office warehouse located in Kent, Washington, with a roof area of approximately 90,000 square feet. BET&R was engaged by the Owner to provide a thorough roof evaluation survey in order to help them assess existing conditions and plan for retrofit work. Following survey work, BET&R provided design documents for a complete low-slope membrane reroofing project, including technical specifications and detail drawings, and conducted application monitoring of the work as it was carried out.
