BET&R was engaged by OPUS NW to provide peer review roof design, product recommendations, and monitoring of the new roof installation for the OPUS Square, a large signature multi-use transit overlay project over adjacent to the historic Union Station in Seattle, Washington. BET&R's involvement in this project included red-line review of roofing specifications and detail drawings, as well as application monitoring of the roofing work for the project.
