Located in Seattle’s historic International District, the distinctive Uwajimaya Village incorporates below-grade parking, ground level retail, and up-scale condominiums, to form a centralized hub for urban living. BET&R was engaged by Lorig Associates to provide peer-review of building envelope components during new construction design, as well as application monitoring as the complex was built. BET&R’s project involvement included consulting and technical monitoring services for the above-grade waterproofing, cladding, fenestration, and roofing components of the Project, which had its grand opening in November 2000.
