Senior Roofing and Waterproofing Technologist Bill Collins brings more than 30 years of expertise gained in the commercial, institutional, and residential roofing and waterproofing industry to the firm. For nearly a decade, Mr. Collins has been providing BET&R Clients with leadership on retrofit, repair, and new roof design, implementation, and monitoring, as well as participating in investigation, testing, and analysis of existing roofing and waterproofing and related moisture intrusion issues. Mr. Collins' also performs due diligence and general envelope surveys, providing clients with a thorough assessment of existing conditions, preparing prioritized repair and maintenance recommendations, and calculating schematic budget cost estimates.

Mr. Collins' industry experience includes technical department management for two major manufacturers of commercial and institutional roofing materials, roof asset management and coating materials research for Lockheed Martin/Marietta facilities, as well as joint ownership and management of a successful roofing company.
