During his tenure at BET&R, Technical Manager Chason Hendryx has been intensely involved in every aspect of the firm’s services. Currently, Mr. Hendryx specializes in exterior wall claddings, doors and windows, sealants, sheet metal flashings, above-grade waterproofing, and protective coatings as well as other aspects of building envelope science. His breadth of experience includes conducting and managing complex building envelope forensic and failure analysis investigations and in-situ and laboratory testing, preparing specifications and contract documents, coordination of new and retrofit bidding and project administration, as well as providing technical oversight of on-site monitors during repair, retrofit, and new construction projects.
Mr. Hendryx is a successful leader of BET&R’s team of litigation support and dispute resolution specialists and serves as expert witness in litigation cases. Chason also has significant experience with technical review of design documents, as well as preparation of technical reports and specifications, and has authored building envelope related technical papers.
